So my beautiful boyfriend gave me an art set as a gift (I gifted him a set of his own too) and it's really encouraged me to explore more with different mediums. I'm very grateful ♥️🙏. It's really interesting to look back. I'm by no means a professional and that much is clear but I have most certainly developed and changed over the years. I think I started posting here aged 15 and now I'm 25. A 10 year difference. While I'm not an art student or anything, I feel like you can still see more maturity in my art now. I would say while I'm still somewhat influenced by anime I am now intrested in real life as well. I've not posted much of this on here but I'm very intro figure drawings and as you can see from my latest posts portraits of real people. Mostly this is because I want to develop buy its quite meditive to focus on drawing someone.

This week, I've done a lot of work using 'line of action' and I made some digital art as a gift for a friend (of themself with their dog). I really wanted to do watercolor practice but I never managed to fit it in. I'm going a short break with my family, I plan to take my sketch book at least but I'm unsure I'll get a chance to do anything. I plan to do a lot of practice when I come back and I'm full of new dreams :3. I've been out of action artistically online for years. I have been very slowly doing bits here and there outwith. Now, art has become a core focus of my life again and for that I'm super happy! I'm going to try and update this weekly to track my progress and keep a log of my journey.

Sorry yeah Ive not exactly been on much thease days anything I have has ended up on my tumblr(witch I changed a while back and forgot to tell people some people I wanted too) ; . ; for one reason or another(like the fact a lot of them were sketches or school or lazyness ect ; . ; ) but also coz ive not been content with my drawings thease days :/ I uploded quite a bit 2012 but as you can see 2013 has been slow so far! I'll try not to suck so much and not give up :/ there's been drawings that Ive started and not finished and things Ive said ill do but havent or I tryed and gave up ; . ; sorry
